SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Tatiwe delivers across all the major locations within India and now Worldwide. We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame.
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

DOMESTIC

For delivery within India, shipping is complimentary and no surcharge is payable of any kind.
We ship throughout the week, except on weekends and public holidays.

All Ready to Ship products are dispatched in 4–7 business days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order.
Customized products (fall and picot addition) are dispatched in 7-10 business days, depending on the number of units ordered.
Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days. However, the delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.

In case of modifications with regard to the delivery address, kindly drop us an email at 📧 tatiwe1425@gmail.com within 1–2 hours after placing the order.
Once a product has been dispatched, no modifications can be made.

INTERNATIONAL

We are now shipping Worldwide.

You can use all international credit cards on Razorpay to make the payment for your orders. In case your payment isn't successful, please drop us a mail at 📧 tatiwe1425@gmail.com for alternate modes of payment.

We use DHL for our international orders and charge Rs. 2500/- per order, up to 10 products.
VAT/GST/Customs duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product(s) or shipping charges. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees/taxes.

International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please feel free to get in touch through email/WhatsApp/Instagram if you need any assistance or clarification before making a purchase.

International orders should be delivered within 7–15 business days (some areas may take longer depending on customs). However, the delivery timeline is subject to factors beyond our control and may exceed due to unforeseen external factors.
If for any reason the customer doesn't accept/claim the delivery, we will not be liable for any refund.

In the rarest event of a dispute related to shipping or delivery, it would take around 10–15 business days to resolve, since shipping logistics involves several third-party organisations.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note, we are still in a testing phase and hence any of the above terms and conditions might be subject to amendments and modifications in the near future.

DISCLAIMER

Our products are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging.
If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.
Please email us at 📧 tatiwe1425@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID, and we’ll do the needful.

If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities, but will definitely help you track down a package through our Logistics partners.
