RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If unfortunately you have to cancel/modify an order, please do so within 1–2 hours after placing it by emailing us all the details at 📧 tatiwe1425@gmail.com
- If you cancel your order before your package has been handed over to the courier service providers, we shall refund you the entire amount.
- If the courier service providers have already made the booking against your order, or the order has already been dispatched, no cancellations can be made.
- We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Postal authorities. No cancellations can be made owing to delay in receiving orders.
RETURN POLICY:
International shipments are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please feel free to get in touch through email/WhatsApp/Instagram if you need any assistance or clarification before making a purchase.
For domestic shipments, all items to be returned/exchanged/refunded must meet the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted only on Sarees.
- A return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product by mailing us on 📧 tatiwe1425@gmail.com with your Order ID and other necessary information.
- When raising a return request, customers must mandatorily provide an unpacking video of the parcel received.
- We initiate a reverse pickup charge for which payment has to be made separately. Alternatively, you may ship the product back on your own.
- All returned products should be completely unused and unhampered.
- All original packaging of the product should be intact and no damage should be done to either the product or its packaging.
- Tatiwe reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is re-salable before issuing a credit/processing refunds or exchanging the product.
Returns/Exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Exchange request is made outside the 48-hour window.
- Product is used or not in the same condition as received.
- Product is damaged due to non-adherence to wash and care instructions.
- Products with tampered/missing price tags or blouse fabric cut out from the saree.
- Items returned without original packaging and original bills.
- Any item returned to us that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense. No amount will be reimbursed in such cases.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products, but in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace/exchange/refund the same.
- Please notify us at 📧 tatiwe1425@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and attach pictures of the defect, within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).
- If your package appears tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it. Return it to the delivery person and notify us via email with your Order ID.
- If the delivery is accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY:
- International shipments are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
- For domestic orders, exchanges are accepted only on Sarees.
- For exchanges/returns, please email us at 📧 tatiwe1425@gmail.com with your Order ID and relevant details within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Kindly include a brief explanation for the return it helps us improve our products and service.

- If the return is due to a defect, only then will the shipping charges be reimbursed. Please send us the courier receipt for processing the reimbursement.
We also initiate reverse pickup for which a charge applies. Please contact us for details. - Once the returned product reaches us, it goes through a thorough quality check. After approval, it will be eligible for exchange/return/refund.
- If a fresh piece is not available, you may choose an alternate product, a credit note (valid for one year), or a full refund. Please specify your preference in your email.
- If you choose a product of higher value, we will provide a credit note or coupon code for the balance. You can use it at checkout.
- If you choose a product of lower value, the product will be shipped, and the balance will be refunded or converted to a credit note.
- Refunds and reimbursements are processed within 4–7 working days of return/cancellation.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method, except in the case of PayPal payments, for which we require an Indian bank account or will issue a store credit.
