Hence, slight discrepancies are unavoidable.

We firmly believe that all customers who order online are aware of this genuine challenge and, to avoid any misunderstanding or discrepancies, we request you to kindly consider this before placing your orders.

Since most of our products are hand-woven, there might be slight irregularities and unevenness in the weave, pattern, or selvedge of a saree and slight irregularities in the color. These imperfections are not considered defects but are a testimony to the human involvement in the process and the uniqueness of each piece.

Also, characteristic imperfections associated with Hand-block printing may be observed in certain sarees. Colors may fade or bleed on some sarees due to the traditional dyeing and printing process used. We request you to kindly take note of this before placing your order.

All our products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package to be tampered with, please do not accept delivery and return it to the delivery person. Please email us at 📧 tatiwe1425@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID, and we’ll do the needful. If the delivery is accepted, it will be assumed that the parcel was received in a secure manner.
